We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this website is used — for example which pages are visited — so we can keep the site useful. We do not ask for or store payment card details through this website.

- To answer your question, quote the work, and schedule a visit.
- To perform the work, pull permits, and keep a record of what was installed.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders, and to follow up after a job.
- To invoice you and keep the business records we are required to keep.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. If we ever want to send you anything beyond service-related messages, we will ask first.
When we share information
We share information only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it — for example with the permitting authority or the utility for your job, with an equipment manufacturer when registering a warranty, or with the service providers who help us run the business, such as scheduling, phone, form and payment tools. Those providers may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Third-party tools on this site
Our estimate form and our customer-review displays are provided by third-party services embedded in this site. When you submit a form or interact with those elements, the information you enter is processed by that provider on our behalf, subject to their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, estimates and invoices for as long as we need them to support the work, honor any warranty, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful to follow up on.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time by calling or texting (757) 765-8222. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep a record — for example a permitted job or a warranty claim. You can also ask us to stop sending non-essential messages at any time.
Children
This website is intended for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
